*IMPORTANT INFORMATION* We have decided to hold our sale even after passage of the new Federal Law H.R. 4040. This basically states that businesses may not resell children's items 12 and under without first subjecting these items to lead teasting. After careful research, we have decided that holding a consignment sale does not fall under the specifics of this law. We are currently in contact with our Congressmen and other Consignment Sales to be absolutely sure we are complying with all laws. As information is received we will post updates on this website.

1. We will be offering an inventory management system. In order to offer this

feature we ask you first register online. After registration you will be able to use the " Item Entry and Tag Printing " link located on the consignors page. This feature will allow you to enter each item in the system, and then print off your tags w/ barcodes already on them, at your convenience.

2. We are asking consignors to spread the word! For each new consignor you refer, your name will be entered for our $25.00 Cash Drawing. We hope to become the premier consignment sale for both Robertson and Sumner Counties.

3. All items must be sorted by gender and size at drop-off. We will have drop-off appointments available as well as a general drop-off time.

4. Workers will be required to work either a mandatory sort "drop off" or "tear down" shift. This will be a four-hour work shift in addition to your regularly scheduled four-hour work shifts during the sale. All workers working at least 1 Four-hour regular work shift plus the mandatory "drop off" or "tear down" shift will receive: a $10 gift certificate for use anytime during the current sale, 75/25 split on items sold and will be eligible to shop early at the Workers Pre-Sale.

5. All items, 12 Months and under, that are to be donated, will be donated to Open Door Pregnancy Center in Springfield, TN. All other items will be donated to the HOPE Center in White House, TN.
